Using Outset

These terms apply to the Outset app and website, operated by VNTR LTD. By using Outset, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Contact support@outset.style for help.

Some features require an account, internet access and compatible Apple software. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. Only use an account and content you are entitled to use.

Your photos and content

You keep your rights in the photos and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it to provide and secure Outset, including processing by the suppliers described in our Privacy Policy. This permission is limited to those purposes.

Only submit content you have the rights and necessary permissions to use, especially photos of other people. Do not submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, bypass payment or usage controls, or interfere with the service or another person’s account.

Suggestions and AI images

Clothing analysis, outfit suggestions, image enhancements and virtual try-ons use automated systems. Results may contain errors or change garment details and appearance. They are creative previews, not guarantees of size, fit, colour or physical product quality. Check results before relying on or sharing them.

Free access and Pro

Outset offers Free access and paid Pro features. The features, usage allowances and any reset periods that apply to your plan or trial are shown in the app and, where relevant, before you subscribe. Check those details for your current access and usage.

Subscriptions and trials

Pro is offered through auto-renewing Apple subscriptions. Apple’s purchase sheet shows the localized price, billing period and any trial or offer before you confirm. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If a trial is available and not cancelled, it converts to the paid subscription at the price and on the terms shown before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. To avoid a renewal or trial charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or trial ends. Manage your plan in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access and any refunds follow Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law. Uninstalling Outset or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

Restore purchases and refunds

Use Restore purchases in the app to restore an existing subscription. A purchase may already be associated with another Outset account. If restoration or verification is uncertain, contact support rather than buying again. Apple handles payment and refund requests through its refund process; this does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Changes, interruptions and account closure

Features may be affected by maintenance, provider outages or technical failures. We may change the service or restrict activity where necessary for security, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. We will communicate material changes affecting a subscription as required by law and Apple’s rules.

You can initiate account deletion in the app or contact support. The Privacy Policy describes how content and limited retained records are handled.

Our responsibility and your rights

We will provide Outset with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Statutory rights relating to digital content, services, refunds and remedies remain unaffected.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain the mandatory protections and court rights available where you live. Contact support@outset.style with questions or complaints so we can try to resolve them.
